It remembers me of one of my favourite movies, "Briefe eines Toten"(Letters of a dead man), a russian endtimemovie from the 80`s, one of the most disturbing movies ever made.
The picture breaths the same spirit of hopelessness and waiting for the death in a nuclear-apocalyptic future.
